Dayal Singh (Shroff) is a wealthy widower with acres of ancestral land and two very unlike sons Aman (Arbaaz), a lawyer and Jigar (Sohail), a farmer. When a shrewd businessman persuades villagers to sell their land for commercial purposes, he is met with resistance by Dayal Singh.
